Our story
RAGU grew from a simple belief: the best meals are made slowly, around fire. Our kitchen is built around a hand-laid open flame and a long pasta bench, where every plate takes its character from heat, time and patience.
We work with small British and Italian producers we trust. The menu shifts with the season, guided by what the land and the boats bring in. Our wine list leans toward natural and biodynamic growers who share our respect for the craft.
