OMA brings the rhythm of a Greek island taverna to London Bridge. Open kitchen, wood-fired grill, whole fish brought in daily from Billingsgate — cooked simply, the way the islands do it.
Tucked into Borough Market on Bedale Street, we pour Assyrtiko from Santorini, grill octopus over charcoal, and let the ingredients do the talking. No fuss, no frills — just sea, smoke and olive oil.
