Pan-Asian small plates, charcoal-fire mains, and a long programme of cocktails — all served in the heart of Manchester's Northern Quarter, off Stevenson Square on New York St.
Namii is a kitchen-and-cocktail-bar built into a Northern-Quarter shell of brick and brass. The pan-Asian programme draws from the markets of Bangkok, Manila, Penang and Hong Kong — bao, dumplings, char-grilled mains, sticky-rice sides — paired with a cocktail card that runs from a Saigon-Sour aperitif through to a midnight Old Fashioned.
Sit at the long bar, take a banquette beneath the brass-pendant lights, or book the back room for a private supper. The kitchen runs from noon, the bar runs late — most nights, the music runs later still.
Off Stevenson Square, on New York St. Two minutes from Piccadilly, four from Victoria. Step inside, the bar is to your right.
