A neighbourhood bistro, done properly

Bouchon Racine is a small, unfussy French bistro in the rooms above The Three Compasses pub on Cowcross Street. The cooking is rooted in Lyonnaise tradition — generous, confident, and built around the best seasonal produce we can get our hands on.

The wine list leans toward growers we know by name, with plenty by the glass and carafe. The welcome is warm, the lighting is low, the room is candle-lit. Exactly what a neighbourhood bistro should be.
